MGIMO – IFRI cooperation project
MGIMO has a long history of cooperation with the French Institute of International Relations - Institut français des relations internationales (Ifri).
The cooperation has been established in 1993 by MGIMO First vice-rector Ivan Tiulin and Ifri executive director Dominique David. The cooperation is developed in the sphere of scientific research and consists in annual Russian-French seminars on a wide range of world policy issues. In December
